Dear Federation Presidents
Since many federation presidents are new this year, we would like to introduce you to the NFRW Winning Web project which this committee initiated in 2009 and is continuing in 2010 and 2011. If you have not already done so, please visit our committee website at www.NFRWWinningWebs.org
Nearly all state federations and many clubs already have websites up and running. It is the goal of this committee and the NFRW to see every state and every Republican woman's club utilizing effective websites, e-newsletters, and e-mail lists. There is no better way to communicate and attract visitors and members to our clubs and federations than by advertising our presence and activities in this 21st century format.
To encourage clubs and federations to build and maintain informative and attractive webs, our NFRW Website Assistance committee would like to recognize those which meet and surpass our basic guidelines. The clubs and federations which accomplish this and which apply will be listed in the weekly NFRW Capital Connection E-newsletter as a Winning Web for that week. Please encourage your club presidents with websites to take a look at this project if they have not already done so. If you or your club presidents would like to submit a website to be considered for the NFRW Winning Web, click here, read instructions, click on the application form, complete and send. It is very easy, and our evaluators are kind and gentle.
Please encourage your clubs without sites to visit our website -- especially our Resources page -- for guidelines and suggestions on getting started.
Feel free to forward this e-mail to all of your club presidents. Call or e-mail if you have questions or suggestions.If possible, would you please send us a list of the clubs in your state which have websites and include their URL (site name). We are trying to update the federated club website list for NFRW.
